The Phoenix Police Department said a suspect was being sought after the death of a woman who was found on a bus in the area of Baseline Road and 27th Avenue.

Officers responded to the scene about 8 a.m. Friday to reports of a person on a bus not breathing. When they arrived, police found Diane Craig, 41, with signs of strangulation.

Craig was taken to a local hospital, where she died from her injuries.

In their investigation, detectives were able to gather enough evidence to name Joshua Bagley, 26, as a suspect in her death, police said.

As of Friday night, Bagley had not been located.

Police asked anyone with information about Bagley's whereabouts to contact the Phoenix Police Department at 602-262-6151 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish speakers.
