Megan U. Boyanton is a Pulliam Fellow at The Arizona Republic, writing opinion pieces and editorial columns. She is currently a master's student in news journalism at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. Her former bylines include The Washington Times Communities and PinkNews in London. An alumna of the Louisiana Scholars' College at Northwestern State University of Louisiana, Megan currently lives in Phoenix.
